"I've never had work done at this shop but I was going through Memphis today and my chain box on my headache rack broke off so I lost five brand new chains in five brand new binders. I think the guy's name is Jake pulled up behind me in a bobtail and told me to get in and he would take me to get my chains since I was pulling flatbed it was pretty much impossible for me to do. I was going to have to leave them. We backed back down the side of the interstate with bumper to bumper traffic and he helped me retrieve my chains and binders out of the middle of the interstate. Not many people would do that these days. Thank you so much."

"I absolutely love this place. I called ahead and they had an opening for me. When I got there, Caleb got right on it and had my problem fixed very quickly. Everyone I saw was working hard and were very polite. Jake was very fair very nice! I will be coming back!"
