"I had some major air conditioning problems. It was 90° outside and I was desperate to get it fixed. I called United diesel ahead of time so when I got there I knew I had to wait an hour or two before they could get to me. They got to me in that amount of time and told me it would take some time to get it fixed. One of their mechanics give me a ride to a local hotel and I stayed the night. I came back the next day and waited in their lounge area for truckers. Comfortable seats and a good television. Jacob asked me if I had a jacket, because that air-conditioner was blowing cold air for sure. Definitely give them five stars for service and friendliness. I’m also impressed with the fact that they get back with any negative reviews to the person who gave the review. Honestly, goes along way with me. Great work Jacob!"

"Thanks to Jacob who sent someone out to get my truck to the shop so they can put my tires back on my trailor.. 2 of my tailor tires came off and they came and got me take to the shop and the next morning fixed my missing tires... I would recommend this company to anyone passing thru memphis. All around the group did a fast and great job. Thanks again for getting it done In a timely order. "

"Awesome knowledgeable mechanics. Saved me a lot of money. Couldn't ask for a better group. Thought I had a power steering pump problem. They had it figured it out in 15 min & saved me a lot of problems & money. Price is great too. I plan on using them anytime I'm in the Memphis area."

"A friend and I were passing though Memphis headed to Nashville when our car almost had a tire blow out on the highway. We were in the middle of nowhere when it happened and it was already 8pm. All tire shops were closed. I found United Diesel Power on google and immediately called. They were very honest about being a semi truck repair shop and that they most likely were not going to be able to help fix the issue but did assure us they would inspect and we could even leave it overnight if need be. They were so gracious to allow us to bring our car in. They were able to determine that a belt had snapped inside our tire. Though they did not have the actual tire to repair it they did help us by switching it from the front driver side to the back. This saved us for the evening and we were able to make into downtown to stay the night.Without a doubt we would have had an entirely different outcome if they didn’t open their doors to us. We are so thankful for y’all! Also thankful for the safety advice"
