"I saw the reviews. I can’t speck for no one else experience because sometimes people put expectation on people when they are mad about something. One thing I like about this shop is that they will tell you upfront on what something will cost to get approval. Sometimes in fixing in trucks things come up. He will let you know what it before he fixed the other issue. It’s always a choice. They always let you know when they have to go beyond the first quote. People have to remember when he talk to you and tell you a price it’s just a quote. But I’ve been dealing with Jake and the shop for 5 years now give or take and he is always fare and respectful. The mechanics are very good at what they do and if you ask a question it will be answered. Steve is there transmission guy and he very good at what he do. Highly recommend him to be under your truck."
