"I spent 5 hrs in another shop only to be told they couldn’t fix the problem because they didn’t have the right equipment. I called United and gave them a 30 min lead time. When I arrived, they made time and space to get right to me. They had the right equipment and techs to get the job done right. Thanks for putting a full day in the Saturday after thanksgiving! Many shops were closed."
